Shipping policy

At Port Lighting Systems, we will do everything we can to ensure your order is handled properly and expeditiously, and with the utmost care and attention.    

Port Lighting Systems ships from our Seabrook, NH warehouse, as well as from the manufacturers and distributors in our family of vendor partners located throughout the USA and Canada.

We will process and ship your order within 24 hours of receipt - certain exceptions apply, and we will alert you as soon as possible of any potential delay, should a product be temporarily unavailable. 

At this time, we are shipping to the USA 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers are welcome to contact us (sales@portlighting.com) in advance, to discuss shipping rates and options. 

All orders will be shipped with traceable package information, typically by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or freight carrier.

If you are receiving an order via truck freight, a delivery appointment may be required, and our sales team will coordinate with you and the freight company after your order is processed.
