Our team can create any size pipe battens up to 21 feet (6.4 m) long.
Battens are 1.5" interior dimension, schedule 40, steel pipe.
Battens up to 21' (6.4 m) long are supplied as a single piece.
To create longer battens, they are provided with 18" (457 mm) long internal splice sleeves. These sleeves are a specialty mechanical tubing that fits perfectly inside the pipe.
As part of our finishing process, we sand the pipes smooth , and paint them the standard matte black color.
Color matching is available for an additional fee.
Battens up to 6' in length shown here can be shipped UPS, however, pipes are exempt from free shipping.
